Results: • - 13% aesthetics or logo (store is nice, clean, and calm) • - 87% product (good, fresh, all natural food, no concentrates) • - 8 people interviewed • - fresh smoothies, fruits, etc.
Results: • - 38% aesthetics or logo (tourist couple- looked interesting, name had nice “ring”) • - 62% product (good, fresh, convenient, fresh salads) • - 8 people interviewed • - good service

So Overall… • 10% (4/40) of people said that they liked a business because of ambience or logo • The other 90% (36/40) people said that they liked a business because of the products and services
