  9. Activities Cross border Communication • Weekly communication between teams of Southern region and Balochistan team. Sharing weekly update information • Sharing of communication plans 10 days before each round. List of Key influential (religious and opinion leaders, teachers) on both side of border is shared • Improving visibility of cross border vaccination points • Sharing of campaign monitoring plans on both sides of border • Contacting some of religious leaders living across the border to convince their followers in part of Hilmand • Regular Quarterly cross border meetings

  10. Future Plan • Joint communication plan including involvement of mass media personnel from both sides • Social Mapping of key influencers living along both sides of border • Meeting of Health Ministers of both countries at Friendship Gate border
