Proposition • La prise d‘échantillons lors d‘inspections de points de vente est rendue difficile en raison des nombreux domaines de compétence • La plupart des produits ne proviennent pas du canton dans lequel ils sont vendus • Une prise d‘échantillon de produits dans le domaine de compétence d‘autres cantons devrait être possible. chemsuisse-Frühjahrstagung, 9./10. Avantages • Meilleure couverture de la palette de produits • Meilleure utilisation du contingent cantonal d‘échantillons (contrat OFSP-EMPA) • Surplus de travail uniquement pour les cantons volontaires: • L‘OFSP s‘occupera de l‘exécution si le canton concerné ne le désire pas (selon le déroulement de la prise d’échantillon proposé par l’OFSP) chemsuisse-Frühjahrstagung, 9./10.
