  1. Harmony 3 State Reports

  2. Running the state reports is very similar to the way it has always been in Harmony 2. • We will continue to create the reports according to the files found on the Learning Connection.

  3. To run state reports in Harmony 3

  4. Let’s review • Log In to Harmony • Go to Office use • Select State Reports

  5. Reports are on the left

  6. Select a report

  7. Select the students for the report • The RT and the ME report will run on all students whether you select them or not.

  8. You can name the report what you want • I would suggest you naming RT reports with dates and saving it.

  9. Run the report

  10. When the report is finished these links will appear. It should be a lot faster than in Harmony 2.

  13. And the link to the STN Application Center is still there.

  14. You will need to save the report to an safe and secure place. Please retain them in case they are needed by other agencies such as the State Board of Accounts or the DOE.

  15. The reports will run much faster because they are being run on the server. • Since they are on the server you can run many of them for all your buildings at once. • They are exactly the same as the reports you have always run in Harmony.

  16. Reports that are available • CC – Course completion • CP – Certified Personnel • CE – Certified Employee • MV – Choice Scholarship • SR – Charter School Student Resident • EX – Expulsion and Suspension

  17. Reports that are available • HB – Homebound • LM – Language Minority • ME – Membership • EM – Nonpublic Enrollment & Mobility • PE – Pupil Enrollment • RT – Real Time

  18. Reports that are available • RA – Real Time Access • SPN – School Personnel Number • STN – Student Test Number

  19. Other reports will be finished as they are due. • Direct Certification will be done very soon. • TL reports are almost ready

  20. Harmony 3 At this time there are no error reports in Harmony 3. But if you get errors on data you can easily find those.

  21. Harmony 3 You will have all the fields for a specific report for that student.
