  3. Platform Log On • TLE Electronic Platform: https://tle.gadoe.org • Login: Certificate Number and System ID (which is 675 for Henry County) without spaces • Password: Last four digits of SSN unless the teacher changed it to another password

  4. Click on the “Report” Tab. Click “Create Report” on the “My Reports” channel.

  5. Select the Report Type of 3-5, 6-8, or 9-12 Survey and the appropriate Survey Category Rollup and click Next.

  6. Select the entity at the school level and select the school and click Next. The school name should appear in the School box.

  7. Then click Done.

  8. The report will generate. You can download it as CSV file into Excel to disaggregate the data.

  9. You are finished!!
