The Aim and objectives The aim - analyse practice of policy and compatibility with good governance principles The objectives: • description of the mission and it consequence policy • description of the different implementation mechanisms • identifying the strength and weaknesses of the Ministries policies

  6. Statistics • European Union: application in 1995, admission in 2004 • NATO: application in 1994, admission in 2004 • Schengen Area: application in 2004, admission in 2007
