School Improvement I • Getting Results – Gen 5 - Submit two hard copies of the entire document • Must be reviewed and signed by the Executive Director of your local Intermediate Unit prior to submission to PDE • Must be approved by local Board of Education and Superintendent/CEO prior to submission to PDE
School Improvement II • Getting Results – Revision Tool - Submit two hard copies of the entire document • Must be approved by local Board of Education and Superintendent/CEO prior to submission to PDE
Corrective Action I • Getting Results – Gen 5 - Submit two hard copies of the entire document • District Supplement for Schools in Corrective Action – supplement is completed by the Superintendent/CEO and two hard copies must be submitted with your School Improvement Plan • Must be reviewed and signed by the Executive Director of your local Intermediate Unit prior to submission to PDE • Must be approved by local Board of Education and Superintendent/CEO prior to submission to PDE

Phase 5 Analyze Evidence Of Effectiveness
X SRA Mastery Test – 65% of the students are repeating the level after completion of 10 lessons. Continue following the research-based SRA Corrective Reading Program for Students with IEP’s. PaTTAN staff will conduct checks to see if the program is being implemented with fidelity.
