  2. Long Term Goal • Applying a variety of study skill strategies across the class in order to achieve success in English learning.

  3. Short Term Goal • Students learn to listen, speak, view, represent, read, and write at different times and in different ways. • Develop the ability to work independently and in a group situation. • Creating technology based classes.

  4. Instructional strategies and task • I’ll use variety of visual aids.

  5. I’ll give them opportunities for peer-to-peer interactions.

  6. I’ll ask questions from students with lack of confidence in order to increase their confidence level.

  8. In the end students will be evaluated.

  9. Solution to anticipated Challenges • Challenges Limited facility for using visual aids. • Solutions To overcome this problem printed pictures could be used.

  10. Challenges • Peer interaction may lead to chaos in class. • Solutions • Certificates will be provided in order to maintain discipline.

  11. Challenges • Students may not have the facility of using technology at home. • Solutions • In order to overcome this problem hard copies will be provided to the students.

  12. Challenges • School may not corporate in providing the multimedia facility. • Solutions • Negotiations will be done with the management and telling them the benefits.

  13. How to make students critical thinker? • Great emphasis should be placed on encouraging students to be able to critically think.

  14. Instructions • Help students develop a true understanding of the material they are expected to learn. • Teach proper note-taking skills. • Encourage students to be organized. • Homework should be clear and concise and based upon the daily lessons that are taught.

  15. Give weekly quizzes and tests. Quizzes and tests help the student truly learn what the teacher, need them to take away from each lesson. • Independent thinking is a good way to encourage critical thinking. • Students should think “out-of-the-box”.

  18. Timeline Jan Feb March April Students will come and speak in front of the class. Worksheets will be solved independently. Group discussions and activity based learning. They will work online.

  19. Resources • Internet. • Microsoft office(Word,powerpoint,Excel). • Intel workshop.

  20. Conclusion Students will take more interest and they will enjoy this new technology based learning.
