How have you developed staff skills (when they are happy with the basic approach)? How have you scaled up training and support? How has your institution implemented (top down? wide or narrow?)? Do students find it confusing to submit once for both formative and summative assessment? Are your students actually using their Webfolios for professional or accreditation purposes after graduation?
