Background • Annual QI monitoring report monitors specific indicators in accordance with CARF accreditation standards • 4 domains: effectiveness, efficiency, access and stakeholder input • Incorporates statewide performance standards where applicable • Establishes NLCMH-identified target expectancies in absence of statewide standards
