14. WHO ARE THEY IN CHRIST? They are God’s anointed foot soldiers They are not in any way inferior to full-time ministers who, in actual fact, are supposed to be coaches and trainers to the laymen, who are God’s foot soldiers

15. THE FGBMFI The FGBMFI is not a church. It is a unique ministry with Holy-Spirit inspired operational guidelines Expose them to regular training – classroom & on-the-job. Expose them to FGBMFI literatures.

16. HOLY SPIRT BAPTISM Charles Price’s prophecy: “This Vision shall grow in God’s Power alone.” No officer of the Fellowship can function effectively without the baptism of the Holy Spirit Encourage them to covet and operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit

17. RELEASE THEM Provide the men with opportunities for ministry. Ask them to MC,share vision, testify, pray for the sick, minister baptism in the Holy Sprit, prophesy… Coach and mentor the men in the Fellowship operations & the demonstration of Holy Spirit’s Power

19. THE QUALITIES YOU NEED As the one raising the army, you need to possess all the qualities aforementioned. That is: being born again, baptized in the Holy Spirit, knowledge of the Vision, flowing in and operating in the power of the Spirit.” COMPETENCE CHARACTER CHARISMA

20. THE QUALITIES YOU NEED COMPETENCE The ability to do things well. You must know what your followers know. And more. Competence in leadership – Vision, Mobilizing, Motivating, Planning… CHARACTER The qualities that attract people to you and make them committed to you. Like righteousness or living right, integrity, dependability, honesty, trustworthiness, humility, vision. Faithfulness, prayerfulness and leading by example.

21. THE QUALITIES YOU NEED CHARISMA The qualities that make people like you and follow as a leader. It could be natural or spiritual. It is that spark in you that ignites admiration of your followers. EG: Relationship skills, Speaking Skills, Commitment to your men. Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Your charisma will attract the men but it is your character that will make them stay and be committed.

22. LEADERSHIP ENHANCEMENTS Be A Role Model in the giving of resources – money, time & talents Say, “Let’s go.” Or, “Follow me as I follow Christ.” Be sold out to the Vision. Be passionate.

24. FINALLY LET THE PROPHET IN YOU STAND UP Habitually pray & prophesy into the lives of your men Even if your men started off as dead men like those in Ezekiel's valley of dry bones, they would be transformed into a great an. d mighty army.
