  9. Who wins between the tortoise and the hare? The tortoise is traveling at a velocity of 0.5 kmph to the north, while the hare is travel at a speed of 10 kmph. Who reaches the finish line first?

  10. The Answer is • It depends. • What direction is the hare traveling? • What direction is the finish line from the starting line? • Does the tortoise have a head start? • These are all parts to a frame of reference to determine a winner.
