Be fundamentally sound with great technique. • Inside Run Game Period – Inside Pressures & Adjustments. • 7 on 7 – Coverage Checks with Inside & Outside Pressures – Both Man and Zone. • Defensive Team – Swarm, Offend & Suffocate – S.O.S. • 11 hats to the ball. • Red Zone Period – GATA. • 2 Minute Drill – Shut them down and get off the field. • Be Offensive with a Blitz First Attitude • We are going to get you, before you can get us!
