Elementary update5th grade CBT • The test is a two day test. It is timed. The test is 70 minutes per day. • Each school must begin at least one administration of the 5th grade Math Assessment Session 1 on Monday, April 22. • However, depending on your school size and your scheduling, you can have another class start Session 1 on Tuesday. Session 2 of the fifth grade math assessment cannot be started earlier than Tuesday, April 23. • Must test session 1 first • All 5th grade math testing must be completed by Tuesday, April 30th.

Elementary ESE • ESE Accommodations: Within the ePATS tool, please scroll to the TestHear section and download it to the identified machines. • Students who will need accommodations can practice these accommodations with this practice instrument. The TestHear allows for the practice of identified accommodations within the computer based testing framework. These accommodations include large print, zoom, color contrast, screen reader, and assistive devices. • We strongly recommend that the ESE students who have this accommodations on their IEP, practice their TestHear multiple times using the appropriate accommodation option. • We strongly recommend that if you have technology that is similar to our mimics the technology the student will be using on the test, that the student gain experience with it as soon as possible.
Elementary CBT Information • The state has provided 2 tools for computer based testing practice purposes. This tool is called the ePATS. You can download both tools to your machines. • Within the ePATS platform, there is a TestHear tool. This tool is another computer based testing platform- but for students with ESE accommodations. • The objective of the tools are to practice the technology- it is not practice for the content. A student can complete an ePATS/TestHear multiple times. • We strongly recommend that all students complete the ePATS/TestHear tool (the practice test tool) as soon as possible and again as close to the testing window as possible. • Zoe will demonstrate
