  4. IMPORTANT SEX ED. UNIT INFORMATION Class work Notebook 20 points per day for notes must label EACH DAY and DATE. 8 Days of notes X 20 points = 160 pts. Final Exam on Thursday 3/27/14 notes may be used on the exam. Please note object lessons will be covered of the final exam. You will need to be able to explain the teaching lesson for each of them.

  5. Class Days missed in the Sex Ed. Unit. You will need to go on Mr./Coach Farist’s web site to get the class notes that you have missed. The PowerPoint is titled: “WHY WAIT?” This is totally your responsibility! This also applies to those of you who miss class due to ISS/ALT. school.

Nationally Representative CDC Study Finds 1 in 4 Teenage Girls Has a Sexually Transmitted Disease Chicago (March 11, 2008) – A CDC study released today estimates that one in four (26 percent) young women between the ages of 14 and 19 in the United States – or 3.2 million teenage girls – is infected with at least one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases (human papillomavirus (HPV), Chlamydia, herpes simplex virus, and trichomoaniasis).
