  1. Adding Patch Plates

  2. Step 2 Step 1. Click on the plate you want to add a patch plate on. Step 2. Then click on view plate. Step 1

  3. Right Click on the area you want to add patch plate. Select Draw Patch Plate.

  4. Draw you patch plate.

  5. The patch plate is now on the tank. When you create a report, the patch plates will be listed out. Patch plates can also be added from tank view. Right click on the area of the tank and add patch plates

  6. Adding Pipes, Man Ways, and Notes

  7. Right Click on tank view. Select Add Annotation for notes Add a manual Defect from tank view or plate view. Mask areas of false signals (this only occurs when you hit weld scars.

  8. Add Shapes. Lines, box, and ovals.

  9. Add Symbols. Manways, ladders, and pipe coils.

  10. It will look like this once you add pipes, shapes, manways, and patch plates

  11. Report

  12. Click on View Report

  13. Select Preview or PDF. This will generate a report. Enter in your information. Photos can be added with details of photos.

  14. Creating list of defects

  15. 1. Click on plate with defects 2. Click on view plate.

  16. Right Click on Defect. Select Register Defect.

  17. It will register the defect to print out on a special page of the report. Here you can enter the pit depth from UT and the remaining thickness. If can even put what patch size plate you require.
