However, the disadvantage of such a system is that the data is vulnerable as it is on the cloud so due to minor human error the data can be leaked. However nowadays the server is very secure nut this is still no recommended for the people using the digital signage display to show critical data. 2)Dedicated server model: This is a system designed to counter the disadvantages of the cloud server. Since this as the name suggests uses a dedicated server this is more secure apart from this it has many other advantages such as the people using the cloud server have to pay on a monthly basis, the licensee fees on the software as a service model in which the customer has to pay on a monthly basis. On the other hand in the case of the dedicated server the initial costs are high due to the cost of thee setup of the dedicated server and the full licence fee of the software. This can be seen as an advantage or a disadvantage as per the customer’s requirement. 3)Cloud plus server signage: the third solution available is the mix of the two models to integrate the advantage of the both the aforementioned models. Here one has to pay for the software and the player licensee once and use it for ever. However, they just have to pay an annual subscription fee for the server and do not have to bear the cost of the server in full. In short this model is the best for the people who do not want to take up the hassle of managing the server but still want to operate on a private network.
