Results • WP2: • www.finnoeurope.eu (intranet&internet) • Intranet – acess to the FINNO documentation and more participation – everyone can post • News – all partners should contribute news about national event/activity and send this news to Magda P. – we ask at least one news to be posted weakly (magda.paolillo@gmail.com) • Links on national web pages – still missing FINNO web page links on your web pages – we have to achieve a number of 500 hits x month on the FINNO web page • Hits till now: January 2012: 210 • February 2012: 349 • March 2012: 223

Results • WP2: • Leaflets– the issue is closed – printing procedure: • AGINNOVAZIONE will print 2000 Leaflets in total for: Aginnovazione, TIA, FORTH, UEFISCDI; AREA m, MID PANNON, MG, KDRIU, NARR • Ministry of Economic Affairs of HerzegbosnianCanton MGK10 will print 500 or less on national language, • Chamber of Commerce & Industry Tirana CCIT and The Agency for Enterpreneurship APERM will print each 1500 or less on national language • The printable format is available and will be available on the INTRANET http://www.finnoeurope.eu/groups/visual-identity/

Promotional packages • Promotional packages – results of questionnaire available on INTRANET • A folder • Poster • USB key – the one you have chosenisitavailable in your country? • TIA, FORTH, UEFISCDI, AREA m, Aginnovazione, MID PANNON, MGK 10 willprepare50 promotional packages thatwillbeprovided to the participatingcompanies on the Applying SAT in Companies in the respective countries (eachpartnerisresponsibile for the printing procedure and gadget acquisition) • CCIT will prepare 300 • APERM will prepare 200 packages !!! Please coordinate your activity with the LP and Aginnovazione will support you with technical support!!!

  6. Results • WP2: • Media relations • 33 national press releases at important milestones (1 x year x partner) • 66 appearances in the media (online, press, radio, TV) (2 x year x partner) • !!! Please consult the eventual costs for media with the LP TIA. Budget is not planned for any of the partners for this activity!!! MIDPANNON(2 press) • To be checked with AF • Communication Activity Report (CAR) – please insert anykind of communication activity in CAR and send it to Magda P. (magda.paolillo@gmail.com)

WP6: • FINNO COMITTEE meeting: FINNO Association • Welcome speech (LP TIA, UEFISCDI) • Presentation of each legal representative of each partners` institutions) • Presentation of the outputs and results of the FINNO project (QMB) • Introduction of interests and views of the FINNO project and a vision about the expected results of the FINNO Committee Association (legal representatives of partners` institutions) • Founding Assembly of the FINNO Committee Association – legal procedure: • Establishment of the Association • Adoption of the Statute • Appointment of the President
