  17. Thank you PROJECT BENEFITS SAFETY Reduce runway incursion potentialby removing direct ramp-to-runway access. Eliminate head-to-head traffic. Changes to the movement area. Eliminates the ATC blind spot at Concourse B. Fewerand simpler SOPs for ATC. Eliminates LOA for pushback from gates B7 and B8. Reduces ARFF response time to the midfield of Runway 4-22. STANDARDS Taxiway conformance with current FAA design standards. Non-standard intersections of existing Taxiways A, C and A6 will be eliminated.
