will result from the Pre-Observation and Post Observation Interviews (e.g. lesson/unit plans, interview questions, family communications). • will include evidence gathered during instruction. • may include artifacts which provide evidence of Domain 2 and 3 work. OBSERVATION DOCUMENTS . . .
will be found in student learning shown by examples of student work. • will be shown in both Formative and Summative Student Assessments. • include student achievement increases that document student academic growth – the goal of TESS. STUDENT OUTCOMES. . .

ARTIFACTS: not simply part of a large portfolio, but that which communicates about teacher or student work.
ARTIFACTS: will be planned and collected in digital or hard-copy format determined as part of local TESS work.
ARTIFACTS: speak positively or negatively about on-stage or off-stage work. Plan for using artifacts. Question their purpose and the results of their use.
Artifacts are evidence in the Teacher Excellence and Support System. • Artifacts are part of our current practice. • Artifacts may provide information for every domain of the Framework for Teaching. REMEMBER. . .
