KELLY ASSISTANT DIRECTOR POLICE COMMISSIONER WANTED REWARD REWARD The above unidentified subject is wanted in connection with the armed robbery of the Bank of America located at 210 Dyckman Street which occurred on December 09, 2009 at approximately 0930hrs, in the confines of the 34th Precinct. The subject entered the bank wearing a black knit hat, black winter jacket and a black backpack. The subject approached a teller, displayed a demand note, made verbal demands and displayed a black handgun. The teller complied and handed the subject a sum of USC. The subject then fled the bank on foot, heading east on Dyckman Street.
