  2. “M.A.D. about CTP” PLAN • VISION: To be an individual and a school that has high expectations for ALL students and that honors and promotes multiple roads to career success and to postsecondary completion • MISSION:To increase stakeholder awareness of economic and educational realities that impact student success and to integrate OWTW methodology and philosophy into classroom instruction and school practices

  3. PERSONAL-Professional What do I need to do individually to know enough about College Tech Prep and Other Ways To Win to be able to make a difference for myself, my family, my students, and my community? (The answer to “Who’s Responsible” for this one is always “ME.”)

  4. SITE-Professional What can I do as an individual educator, working with a team of fellow educators-community leaders, to make a difference for CTP for my school, my students, and my community? (The answer to “Who’s Responsible” for this one includes “ME” and other key change agents.)

POLITICAL-Professional What can I do as an individual educator, and as an individual working with a team of fellow educators-community leaders, to make a difference for CTP at the local, state, and national levels? (The answer to “Who’s Responsible” for this one includes “ME” and other key change agents.)
