    2. 2 Pertti Sarala 14.9.2009 - INQUA Peribsltic Group Meeting 2009 Theme The meeting will focus on applied geochemistry under the theme: Towards sustainable geochemical exploration, mining and the environment Under this theme, topics for applied geochemistry will include geochemical mapping, new analytical methods, interpretation of data, and the importance of environment considerations in all aspects of mineral exploration and mining A technical programmed, special sessions, workshops, and pre- and post-excursions are designed to support the theme
