My Pilot - Results • 8580patients registered • 402 patients identified • 61 mental health • 118 drug and alcohol problems • 45 palliative care • 40 recent cancer diagnosis

Potential Young Carers • 566,600 residents in Worcestershire • If results are typical • potential 3,000 young carers in Worcestershire • Currently Young Carers Service supports 238 children and young people
