SOUTH AMERICA - OBJECTIVES • Enhance INTEGRATION between the different entities in the Comunity • Increment EMPLOYABILITY and AWARENESS for South American people with disabilities • Operate with SUSTAINABILITY • Start Operation in other countries of South America as soon as Chile´s operation proves sustainable: target mid 2013

ChileanSituation • Chile: one of thefirstcountries in theworldtosign and ratifythe UN convention. • Has a 13% of peoplewithdisabilities (2 mm), one of each 3 homes has a personwith a disability • TheChileanGovernmentpassed a lawbywhicheverypublicbuilding has tohave 100% accesibility and a good set of laws • Increasinginterest in thepublic in companiesdeveloping Social Responsability

ChileanSituation • NGO´swork quite isolated, need of communication and integration, somescatteredinitiatives -> Strongneed of integration • IncreasingbusinessFairsduringthelast 5 years • SENADIS interested in increasingawarenessbutwith quite limited time and resources • Hunger of information and motivation in thecomunity and theGovernment

STrategy • Adapt ABILITY 365, ABILITY Magazine and ABILITYJobs.com to Chile asap. • Promote ABILITY 365 among people interested in Health and/or Disability as the: • leading integration entity for the Disability Comunity • most fun and useful way to find information, contact peers, follow up condition treatments • Promote ABILITY Magazine to everybody through NGOs related to disabilities, Companies using AJ or interested in Advertising, SENADIS and organizations like SOFOFA. Get it spread as a value proposition for sampling.

STrategy • Populate ABILITYJobs.com with resumes through NGOs and SENADIS. • Promote ABILITYJobs.com to companies • Prioritizing the mining sector, which hires a great deal of employees and strongly need to develop an image of CSR. Future recruitment issue. • To ConsumerHealthcare companies who´s mission is related to CSR and currently have a hard time to differenciate. • To the Construction Industry, who have been debveloping CSR strongly. • And every company who is willing to hire or promote disability!
