TG4f first Sponsor Ballot (10 day) recirculation tally results Ballot Open Date: 27-Sep-2011 Ballot Close Date: 07-Oct-2011 Type: Revision Draft #: D6p802-15-4f_draft_standard Ballots Received: 1 Comments: 18 Must Be Satisfied Comments: 2  138 eligible people in this ballot group.  113 affirmative votes 3 negative votes with comments 0 negative votes without comments 9 abstention votes: (Conflict of Interest: 1, Lack of expertise: 1, Lack of time: 5, Other: 2) 125 votes received = 90% returned                            7% abstention APPROVAL RATE RESPONSE RATE The 75% affirmation requirement is being met. This ballot has met the 75% returned ballot requirement. 113 affirmative votes 3 negative votes with comments 116 votes = 97% affirmative

TG4f Sponsor Ballot BRC Telecon Agenda • Agenda Items: • Begin process to resolve TG4f SB technical comments. • We also have two comments from Tim. • Figure 108, page 23: The convolution code generates 4 pulses. Which pulse is transmitted first in time, Pulse 1 or 4? • Section 17.3.3 PHR SECDED check bits: Could you please clarify what bit is the MSbit. For example, if I have a frame length of 1, is it: • {L6-L0} b0000001, or • {L6-L0} b1000000 • Action Items: • Comments were resolved, next step is to send the draft 6 comment resolution document and the revised draft 7 TG4f standard document out for SB BRC e-mail vote and comment. • The following motions were sent out for e-mail vote and comment. • Motion: to approve the TG4f SB 1stRecirc Comment Resolutions document on d6P802-15-4f draft standard, document number 15-11-0727-01-004f, attached. • Motion: to approve the D7P802-15-4f_Draft_Standard_candidate_r2  document, attached, for 2ndrecirc SB release. • Both motions passed. Michael – Yes on both, Billy – Yes on both, Dalibor – Yes on both, Tim – Yes on both, Mike – Yes on both. • D7P80215-4f was released for SB Recirculation #2 on October 14th, closing date is October 24th. • Administrative Items:

  4. TG4f Sponsor Ballot BRC Telecon/e-mail vote Schedule Next 802.15 plenary meeting session - November 7-10, 2011 in Atlanta, GA 26 days between Tue. Oct 11 (today) and Mon. Nov. 7 (start of Atlanta 802 Interim meeting). Following this teleconference: d07 document out for TG4f SB BRC e-mail vote and comment. Goal of uploading the d07 document into the IEEE-SA SB site ASAP. Target document release dates: 2ndrecirc target date Friday Oct 14th. 3rdrecirc target date Thursday Oct 27th. Next scheduled SB BRC Telecon : Friday Oct. 14, 2011 at 8am PST. (previously announced via e-mail)
