IMAGE 5 Membranous glomerulonephritis • Glomerular capillary walls are diffusely thickened • Thickened walls are often a result of immune complex deposition
IMAGES 6 and 7 Minimal change disease • Appears normal on LM • EM:podocyte shortening and thinning (effacement); nil deposits
