  3. Step 1 – Evaluate Performance Identify Performance Objectives Determine Current Level of Performance Calculate Performance Gap Starting with the results you want to achieve, you evaluate where you or your people are now. Based on the findings, we then calculate the performance gap.

  4. Step 2 – Plan Action Develop a Dynamic Plan of Action Identify Critical Success Factors Determine Method of Tracking results

  5. Step 2 – Continued By identifying the changes that need to take place, we help the AUM set specific and measurable goals, and develop a detailed plan of action. Participants AUM should begin immediate application of techniques designed to help them change their behavior and develop new habits necessary to achieve the results they want.

  6. Step 3 – Change Behavior Implement Step – By – Step Change Integrate Behavior Change Into Daily Productivity Measure Progress as it Occurs Implementing the process over several weeks has many benefits.

  7. Step 3 – Continued Participants AUM should not feel overwhelmed and have sufficient time to master each step. Most importantly new behaviors are applied directly to real business issues. You must be able to hard – wire these changes into your organization to ensure long- term , ongoing results.

  8. Step 4 – Measure Results Measure Results Achieved Document and Communicate Return on Investment Identify Additional Areas for Continuing Improvement The main Goal is to develop long-term potential Leaders

  9. AUM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AUM and Potential Agents will participate in the Recruiting call clinic. Complete and Rehearse a personal bio in order to learn and present the recruiting PowerPoint. Training on how to successfully schedule 20 appointments

  10. AUM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT John Maxwell – 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Chapter questions after each law must be answered and turned in during the following week session Assign an AUM to present and teach one of the laws each week after BM/Director demonstration.

  11. AUM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Time Management Schedule Set time for specific activities ( no Deviations ) Priorities 80/ 20 rules

  12. AUM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Accountability Daily and Weekly routines and activities Proven Systems Personal training to strengthen a Known weakness

  13. AUM LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT It is our responsibility’s as Directors to make sure the AUM Leadership development is implemented in each Branch. The success of AUM foundation is heavily dependent on our participation and involvement in the program A strong foundation will help develop a future bench as UM and BM for Liberty National
