  3. Why Should Self Esteem Matter to You? • Self Esteem can affect your thinking, causing your outlook to be positive or negative. • Self esteem enables you to have the right attitude to succeed at work.

  4. How Can We Improve the Self Esteem Of Children ? • There are multiple ways that we can help improve the self esteem of children , here are some : • Teach children how to be helpful • Help set the table with spoons, napkins, and placemats • Help carry in groceries

What Are The Areas Of Self Esteem / Self Concept? • The areas are : • Physical : how you feel about your body and health. • Emotional : how you feel about your feelings and how you express them. • Social : how you feel about your ability to get along with others. • Intellectual : how you feel about your ability to think and solve problems. • Spiritual : how you feel about your religious beliefs or your place in the “big picture.”
