Actions of the Congress • Suffolk Resolves called for a repeal of the Intolerable Acts. • Declaration of Rights and Grievances was a petition to the king to make right colonial grievances and restore colonial rights. • The Association urged the creation of committees to enforce economic sanctions of the Suffolk Resolve. • Called for a Second Continental Congress if colonial rights were not recognized.
