  2. Eating Teeth Means to Eat Healthy • Eat healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, and other healthy choices • Eat meals, not snacks • Try to eat as a family

  3. Proper Brushing Brush the front teeth Brush behind the teeth Brush the side teeth • Always brush in a circular motion when brushing teeth. • Use a timer and brush for 2 minutes. • A small pea size dot of toothpaste is all that’s need Brush the tops Brush the tips of the teeth

  4. How to Floss Wind floss around both index fingers Fingers should be about an inch or two apart Start at the front and floss downward between two teeth Pull the floss out, wipe off on paper towel and continue.

  5. About the Toothbrush • Make sure to change the toothbrush every three- four months. • It’s a good idea to change the toothbrush after being sick.

  6. Don’t Forget! • Eat healthy • A dot is a lot! • Brush twice a day for 2 minutes • Floss all teeth from front to back in a saw like motion • Change the toothbrush every 3-4 months
