Coverdell Fellows Life-long graduate school opportunities for RPCVs • Finished the entire two years of service, or two years minus 90 days if on emergency leave. • Left Peace Corps service by being granted an “Early COS” or “Interrupted Service” due to circumstances beyond his/her control. • Was medically separated as a Volunteer. Satisfactory completion of service means that the returned Peace Corps volunteer (RPCV): peacecorps.gov/fellows
