  3. Slide # 3.. Design • Prepackaged designs. Look for the design icon on the upper task bar. • Choose a color design or format design.

  4. Add text or graphics • Click to add text. • Choose for graphics. • a. Click the chart icon at top. • b. Or the insert table icon • c. Or the insert choice on the • dropdown menu at top.

  5. Options for slideshow. • Options on the top icon bar under slideshow. • a. Animation. • b. Custom Animation • c. Slide Transition • d. Add music (Insert) • e. Insert Picture, Movie etc.

  6. Changing fonts and colors.. • Fonts icon • XYZ XYZ XYZ • Colors icon • Color • Color • Background color--. Format icon

  7. Using the slide sorter and slideshow. • You can use the slide sorter to change the order of slides. • Choose to transition slides in any manner you choose. • Choose the slide sorter, then highlight the slide and right click for the transition possibilities.

  8. Slide sorter and slideshow. • The slide show can be used to preview your presentation and to modify, and make adjustments. • Slideshow and timings are under slideshow icon at top.

  9. Saving and packaging for CD. • Choose file, then package for CD. • It will include a ppt. viewer as part of the package.
