ASYCUDA Minimum Requirement HARDWARE • PC/Laptop specification • RAM: 4GB • Hard Disk Space: 500GB • Processor Speed: 2.5 GHz • Printer: laserjet, A4 Paper • Scanner High quality resolution SOFTWARE (Will be available for download on the ASUCUDA Website) • Java (jre) 1.6.x.x • Acrobat /PDF reader

Connectivity Requirements • Stable Internet connectivity will be required     • Approximate Bandwidth requirement •   512 Kbps (256 kbps up/ 256 kbps down) for individuals • 1 Mbps (512 Kbps up/ 512 Kbps down) ≤ 8 users •   2 Mbps ( 1 Mbps up / 1 Mbps down) ≤ 15 users •   4 Mbps ( 2 Mbps up / 2 Mbps down) ≤ 25 users •   8 Mbps ( 4 Mbps up / 4 Mbps down) ≤ 50 users

  4. Connecting into the system • A URL for the ASYCUDA website will be given • Enter the URL and select the means by which you want to connect • Once you have selected a means of connectivity, ASYCUDA will be downloaded to your computer • This will take a few seconds/minutes depending on your connectivity speed and method • A login screen requiring your username and password will then appear

  5. ASYCUDA SAD • A SAD 500 form will be given to you in XML (electronic) format • Training on how to load the given SAD, as well as how to capture all required input into the system will be provided • The SAD XML format is self explanatory.
