  2. Rose Rose eats healthy and she maintains her weight by eating the right amount of calories per day.

  3. Daisy Daisy eats more calories than she is supposed to, and gains more weight than Rose who eats just the right amount.

  4. What they eat Both people eat general health foods, avoiding things with high sugar and calorie content. • Fruit • Vegetables • Wheat Bread • Cereal • Milk • Water

  5. Different calories, different weight... Apple- 80c Banana- 100c Orange- 80c Wheat Bread- 70c Crackers- 70c Cereal- 110c More calories= more carbs

  6. Differences in eating -Breakfast Egg- 33 Calories Apple- 80 calories Orange juice- 60 calories -Breakfast 2 Eggs- 66 calories 2 Apples- 160 calories 2 Glasses of Oj- 120

  7. Daisy didn't maintain her weight and became overweight. In the end... Rose maintained a healthy weight eating proper servings.

  8. Conclusion If you eat more calories than your body should have, you'll get fat. Daisy learned this the hard way.
