Next Comes The Facts Page Example of Fact Page: F1 F2 F3 F4 F5 GO TO NEXT PAGE FOR EXPLANATION
We Report Major Facts About The Event Facts: Number each distinct fact as: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 We will interpretat least 5 specifics about the event. Do not Cut/Paste factsunless told. Tip: Think in terms of the 5 W and How questions to summarize the event. DO NOT just write a jumbled paragraph
Next Comes:H.I. = Human Interest Find a factoid about this Civil War event. Think in terms of a story that brings “life” into this event about people or is good “trivia”. Start it with H.I.
Last Comes: R=Results Each telegraph message will conclude with descriptions-facts that show why this event is important towards the progress of the war. If event is a battle: Who won? Casualties If event is political: How does it impact the war?
