Digital Dividend • 790 – 960 MHz : Steps for the introduction of Mobile Service in France • WRC-07 • 5.317A Those parts of the band 698-960 MHz in Region 2 and the band 790-960 MHz in Regions 1 and 3 which are allocated to the mobile service on a primary basis are identified for use by administrations wishing to implement International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT). See Resolutions 224 (Rev.WRC-07) and 749 (WRC-07). This identification does not preclude the use of these bands by any application of the services to which they are allocated and does not establish priority in the Radio Regulations. Some preliminary results • Trial conducted within a consortium driven by TDF with Public mobile operators • September-October 2011 • 3 LTE BTS to day; e.r.p. max 64 dBm; the number of BTS will increase and with a traffic rate of 100% • To day, few claims (note that many claims are not involving the LTE transmissions) • Most difficulties are coming from the amplifier devices and the insertion of a filter in these devices. • Result will be published at the end of the trial
