  2. Agenda Apologies for absence. Approval of the minutes of the General Assembly held on 11th October 2012. Presentation and approval of the POA Accounts for the year to 31st August 2013. Appointment of the Chairman and other Members to the POA Executive committee.

  3. 5. Presentation on the role and objectives of the POA. Presentation on the New Resort Membership by Diogo Gaspar Ferreira, Vale do Lobo CEO. 7. Presentation on the role and objectives of Infralobo by Aquilino Pereira, Infralobo CEO. 8. Questions. 9. Any other business. Agenda

Mission To work with Vale do Lobo to ensure the high quality standards that are associated with a five star resort are maintained in order that owner’s investments and quality of life are preserved. The POA is independent of the Vale do Lobo group of companies and is a non-profit making organization. Its function and objectives are: To represent the collective members interests through regular, open dialogue with VDL and Infralobo. To offer opinions, recommendations and, in general, to help VDL in the management of public infrastructures and areas and facilities of common use. The Role and Objectives of the Property Owners Association

  5. To generally protect members’ rights and interests before any public or private entities. To ensure the annual membership levy with VDL increases no more than the rate of inflation at that time. To host social events enabling members to get to know each other and also to provide a forum for constructive communication with VDL. To act as a conduit to raise ideas and concerns with VDL through a single point of contact. The role and objectives of the Property Owners Association

  6. How we operate Brian Griffin - President, Michael Murphy - Chairman Paulo Chaves, Graham Miller, Julie Sands, Douglas Lynn, Robert McGahon. 1. Quarterly meetings, directly followed by meetings with VDL management.To monitor suggestions and complaints to identify areas of broad concerns. Any issues and ideas raised by members are discussed in an open way with Vale do Lobo and vice versa. 2. Meetings with Infralobo arranged by VDL as necessary. 3. Annual General Meeting - Presentations by POA, VDL and Infralobo. Open floor Q&A.
