Who was JFK? *John Fitzgerald Kennedy was born in Brookline, Massachusetts, 1917. *JFK became a war hero commanding torpedo boats in the Pacific,1943. *JFK is elected to Congress, 1946. *JFK is elected to the Senate, 1952. *JFK is elected president, 1960. *JFK faces down Soviet premier Khrushchev’s attempt to install nuclear missiles on Cuba, 1962. *JFK is assassinated in Dallas, November 22, 1963.

3. How was JFK really assassinated? According to the Warren Commission Report of November 29th, 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald shot JFK three times, and acted alone. BUT we believe they were WRONG!

4. Scene of the Crime *Friday, November 22, 1963, in Dallas Texas, at 12:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, Dealey Plaza *Kennedy was fatally shot while riding with his wife Jacqueline in a presidential motorcade *HSCA concluded that at least 4 shots were fired, and that there was a "high probability" that two gunman fired at the President. *Bullet casing imprinted into the sidewalk shows that at least 3-4 shot were fired *For the wounds found in both President Kennedy and Governor Connolly, there had to have been more than 2 shots fired. This was not mentioned in the warren commission's report *More than one witness claims to have heard shots from both the grassy-knoll, and the Texas State Depository Building

About the Zapruder Film sequence of events: 1.First shot hit Kennedy in the back 2.Second shot hit Connally in the back near his right shoulder armpit and went through striking a rib, right wrist, and lodging loosely in his thigh 3. The fatal third shot was to Kennedy's head from behind*According to the Commission Connally reacted in the Zapruder film far to quickly to the second shot*There was not enough time for another round to be chambered, aimed, and fired from the old bolt action Mannlicher Carcano rifle*There was also a fourth shot fired and hit a curb in front of the limousine, a fragment injured a bystander *Either all of the wounds accounted for were made by two shots, or there was a second gunman present*To make the crime scene fit into a two gunshot theory, the Commission came up with a theory called "the single bullet theory" or "the magic bullet theory" The Magic Bullet Theory:1.The first shot hit Kennedy in the back, transited through his body, exited at his throat, hit Connally near the right shoulder, transited his body, took a large section out of a rib, collapsing a lung, exited and broke his right wrist and came to rest on his left thigh. After it did all this, it remained in almost pristine condition. 2. The second shot missed hitting a curb. 3. The third and fatal shot hit Kennedy in the back of the head

This is why . . . *Jack Ruby visited New Orleans during the same period of time that Oswald lived in New Orleans *Jack Ruby and Oswald were both in the armed forces and could have been in the same unit together *Oswald and Ruby both lived in Dallas for a considerably long time and could have met each other during that period of time *Jack and Oswald both had criminal records and could have met each other through the police *Both men supplied arms to the anti-Castro Cubans *Both men supported the Soviet Union *Ruby grew up in Chicago as a boy and Oswald moved to Chicago with his family during his late teenage years

Evidence we have to prove our case *If one gun was found in the Texas Depository Building, then how was a gun also found on Oswald when the police found him at the movie theater *The wounds on both the President and the Governor could not have been made by only two bullets, as the Warren Commission Claims *Both Oswald and Ruby own firearms *Ruby had a personal hit man that he could have used to fire on the President and to frame Oswald

Background information on Ruby *November 24, 1963, Jack Ruby fatally shot Lee Harvey Oswald once in the abdomen *Changed his identity from Jacob Rubenstein to Jack Ruby *Born 1911, grew up in Chicago *early 1960's Jack Ruby helped supply arms to the anti-Castro Cubans *Arrested 8 times between 1949-1963 *Dallas nightclub owner *Died in prison of cancer in 1967 *In June of 1963 Jack Ruby visited New Orleans *In 1947 Ruby moved to Dallas, Texas *Between 1950 and 1963 Ruby received 20 tickets for motor vehicle violations *During World War 2 he served in the U.S. Air Force *Maintained a relationship with a number of Dallas policemen, which amounted to various favors in exchange for leniency in their monitoring of his establishments. He feature prominently in Kennedy-assassination theories, and many believe he killed Oswald to keep him from revealing a larger conspiracy *A medical examiner asserted that Ruby had experienced an epileptic seizure and had shot Oswald under the influence of this impairment *March 16, 1964, a jury convicted Ruby of premeditated murder, and he was sentenced to death. This was reversed by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in October of 1966

Background information on Oswald (white male 5' 10", 165 pounds ) *During his stint in the marines, Oswald also qualified as a sharp shooter on the rifle range *Oswald had two different ID's as Lee Harvey Oswald, and as A. Hidell *1959 Oswald left the marines *Oswald was born in 1939 in New Orleans *1952 Oswald and family moved to New York City *1955 Oswald joined to Civil Air Patrol *Oswald spent a year or two living in Chicago, during his teenage years
