Project READY- Resources for the Education And Development for Youth Designed to serve Out Of School Youth (OSY) Migrant students and At-risk high school migrant students in language development, workforce readiness development, GED Preparation, and academic support. (Began March 2012)2 Campuses – Fort Morgan and Wray Colorado.
Instructional Services • Sososy resources: http://www.osymigrant.org/ • Oxford Pictionary, other ESL lesson from OSY website • MP3 Players with ESL lessons • Rosetta Stone • Basic Literacy • Homework help for students in school • GED lessons delivered in Spanish and English
Current students: 163 individuals have received services since March 2012. 14 have passed GED since program started.

Next Steps: • Continue to explore and develop partnerships OSY and replicate Project READY in other school districts in our service area. • Partner with Goodwill Career Center in Greeley, Co • Continue to seek community partnerships for educational programming. • Share best practices with programs in state and nationally.
