No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 • Requires school, district, and state report cards on information in three general areas: • School improvement • Teacher qualifications in core subject areas • Test data including two-year achievement trends and student participation rates.
Identification of Educationally Disadvantaged Applicants • From Mississippi report card, collect school district data for • Expenditure per pupil • Percent of students on free federal lunch program • ACT scores • Graduation rates
