  3. 3730 機台異常之處理流程~ ★當發現3730/collection softward有無亮紅燈或是 其他Error 顯示及異常狀況時的處理步驟如下~ 1.通知機台負責人或是技術部主管處理 2.當負責人員不在時-若發生異常狀態當下, 請使用小畫家將軟體畫面記錄下來 需存檔之畫面如下: (1)collection sotward instrument view (2)Event log (3)Error Messages (4)EPT chart (5)Array view (6)Run scheduler

  9. 存檔之步驟: 將游標指向要記錄之畫面→按ctrl+print screens複製畫面後 →開啟小畫家→貼上複製之畫面後→存檔至E disk (chu folder) 3.待完成存檔後,請電話聯絡機台負責人及技術部主管人員協 助處理 4.若需重新開機之程序如下~ A:collection softward-File-Exit B:collection sortward console→按stop all→等所有圓圈 變紅燈→將consloe關掉

  10. C:將3730機台電源關掉 D:將電腦shut down 後間隔1分鐘後再開機 E:電腦重新開機之User name:Administrator 密碼:無 F:待電腦開機完成後,再將3730機台重新開機(綠燈stop表示準備完成stand by) G:開機後→再開啟collection softward(軟體在桌面) 待collection console 皆變成綠燈時即表示軟體重新開啟成功 附圖如下:(之後collection視窗即會開啟)
