AGENCY COMPLIANCE PHILOSOPHY Does the Co-operative: • Have the training resources to ensure the vendors understand cooperative purchasing? • Focus on all members of the team: the agency, vendor and cooperative? • Have a system to ensure compliance and to engage the agency, vendor and contract support team?
