Importance of whole organisational approach Need for close collaboration between LSAs and other teachers Effective training for LSAs with clear emphasis on teaching and learning Opportunities for Learning Support Teams including LSAs to provider awareness raising and training for tutors Strategies for ensuring that learners contribute meaningfully to defining their support needs Opportunities for LSA teams to network with teams in other organisations Life enhancing, life empowering technology that is not expensive.
