  8. WP5: Methods, Technologies & Tools Integration within INFOBIOMED and … BI MI Methods, Technologies, Tools BMI Biomedical Tasks Pilot FORTH is aiming to develop an integrated clinico-genomic environment that will be supported by sophisticated analysis (e.g. normalisation) and KDD tools.

  9. We work on sophisticated Microarray Image Analysis tools The goal is to maximize reproducibility and minimize cross platform variability! This is a milestone for efficient KDD and clinico-genomic data integration.
