  1. Throughout my career I’ve considered the experience people have at work and how they’re supported in their career journeys as a top priority and guiding principle. From my first leadership role in the Boy Scouts, to executive positions in the technology industry, every chapter of my career has revolved around three central themes: elevate the physical and financial welfare of people, engage employees in meaningful work, and enable talented individuals to show their full potential.

  2. Just as our software is built to help our customers enable their people, it’s very important to me to actively promote a culture of freedom and responsibility at Unit4. I believe that people thrive on trust, and on making a difference. 

  3. Today we announced a new Work/Life Balance policy. As of today, our people can take time away from Unit4 whenever they need to for as long as they need. While this isn’t a new idea, it is a big change for us and one that represents a fresh approach to shaping culture, and the way we both develop and create opportunities for people. We care about what people achieve, not how many hours or days they work. 

  4. Employee Experience, or what we call People Experience, is key in any great company. We are creating an experience that lets our highly effective people thrive and attracts only the best. Our Work/Life Balance policy is the next step on that journey.
