  3. Breakfast: • Eat 2-3 fresh fruits as they can help neutralise your stomach acids and make you feel light and active. • They are natural sources of energy.

  4. Glass of buttermilk coconut water. • While milk is the most essential source of calcium and must be included in your child's diet, forcing a glass of milk down his/her throat won't do you any good. "Give milk in form of lassi, buttermilk or fruit milkshakes,"

  5. Chocolate-Banana Grahams A graham cracker smeared with Nutella and topped with banana and coconut is a light way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

  6. INGREDIENTS • 1 square graham cracker, broken into 2 rectangles • 1/2 teaspoon Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread, divided • 2 slices banana, about 2 inches long • 1/2 teaspoon sweetened shredded coconut, toasted if desired, divided

  7. PREPARATION Spread each graham cracker piece with 1/4 teaspoon Nutella and top with a slice of banana and a sprinkling of coconut.

  8. Healthy Summer Drinks for kids: Sabjalemonade: Sweet basil seeds lemonade or Sabja lemonade is one the best summer drinks. The sabja seeds are sweet basil seeds best known for its crunchy texture. CHASS: Chaas is a very refreshing summer drink that’s popularly known as buttermilk

  9. curd – 1 cupGreen chili – 1 small, choppedCilantro or coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon, choppedCurry leaves – 2, choppedBlack salt – ¾ teaspoon or to tasteSalt – to tasteChaat masala – ¾ teaspoonChilled water – 2 cupsIce cubes – few, for serving, optional

Take yogurt in a bowl. add all the ingredients except water and ice. meaning add green chili, cilantro, curry leaves, black salt, chaat masala and salt. 2) Blend it very well  using hand blender. So chilies and curry leaves are almost ground. So you don’t bite big pieces while drinking. Alternately you can use grinder or blender.

  11. 3) Now add chilled water, blend again. So everything is incorporated well. 4) Keep in refrigerator till serving. Pour into the glass and serve. For fancy serving, keep the glasses in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. In a small plate, take few spoons of chaat masala. dip the chilled glass into chaat masala, to get the decorated rim. Pour the chaas into glass and serve. Chas is ready to be consumed
