  4. Proactiveness • Reflected in the extent to which an organization maintains an opportunity-seeking, forward-looking perspective, in an effort to pre-empt rivals’ competitive actions, particularly strategic actions

  5. Risk-taking • Reflected in the extent to which organizations and their entrepreneurs are willing to make ‘large and risky resource commitments’
