OBJECTIVES • Develop an understanding of, exercise and refine crisis action planning (CAP) procedures • Identify planning requirements for a multinational response to a HA/DR scenario • Practice and refine procedures and protocols for the use of MPAT information sharing networks and collaborative planning tools.

  14. WORKSHOP SCHEDULE • The program for MPAT TE 3 is a good template for future exercises. It has a good balance of both work and cultural interaction. • A social event post formulation of CPG to facilitate better interaction from beginning

ACADEMICS • Crisis Action Planning Academics with previous MPAT products should be available in the internet for participants. • The deliverables for each stage of the planning process should be stated clearly to ensure a more focused deliberation and presentation in the interest of time. • The assignment of responsibility and the format for presentation be informed to the participants early enough (before the exercise) for sufficient preparation. • Review Cdr’s guidance to assure distinguishable COAs
