Fried vegetables: 1st step : wash your vegetables(always wash vegetables hygiene comes first). 2nd step: cut you vegetables to a reasonable size it depends what vegetables you are making some are not supposed to be cut. 3rd step : pour a tbsp. of the oil of your choice it could be vegetable or olive oil, to a hot pan. 4th step :fry your vegetables to your own liking and when they are ready pour a little soy sauce for more flavour. Serve with creamy mash and salmon. Serving suggestion: Homemade pan fried Salmon with Herb and Meyer Lemon Compound Butter accompanied by creamy mash and fried vegetables. Grilled salmon:1ST STEP Season your salmon with spices of your choice ,although l would recommend herb and lemon because it gives a certain kick to the dish. Step 2 Pour a tsp of olive oil in a hot pan place your salmon and cook each side 5 five minutes serve you salmon(best served with mushy potatoes and fried vegetables.
